About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Mechanic to join our maintenance and operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing hydraulic and mechanical systems, production equipment, and heavy machinery. This role requires strong technical knowledge, precision, and a commitment to safety and reliability. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, cylinders, and motors. 
  • Overhaul hydraulic components and assemblies to restore performance to OEM specifications. 
  • Perform preventive maintenance and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. 
  • Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals. 
  • Conduct pressure and flow testing to verify system performance. 
  • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to support safe and continuous operation. 
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment histories, and service documentation. 
  • Comply with company safety protocols and industry standards at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a hydraulic mechanic, preferably in the oil and gas or heavy industrial sector. 
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic theory, troubleshooting, and system design. 
  • Ability to use hydraulic test benches and diagnostic tools. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Willingness to work in field or Shop environments as required.

Preferred:
  • Certification in fluid power systems or equivalent. 
  • Knowledge of hydraulic control systems integrated with mechanical and electrical systems.
